WHAT: The Antidote’s conflict management training for couples addresses the unique challenges relationships face today and how the effective use of creating constructive ways of managing conflict can further create intimacy and understanding.
HOW YOU WILL BENEFIT: Identify and understand how to manage conflict that can further create connection, intimacy and understanding; Recognize that not all conflicts are the same and how to best identify your partner’s point of view; Make effective repair attempts during conflict; Explore the best ways to compromise and find a middle path; Process fights after they have occurred
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
- Couples struggling to process fights, not feeling heard or seen, or continue to find themselves in a constant state of arguing or disagreement – without resolution.
- Couples who have a strong desire to understand their partner and strengthen their relationship.

WHAT: Couples in Recovery: Walking the Journey – Together is a workshop series that is uniquely tailored to provide guidance and tools for couples to manage their relationship while understanding and addressing the reality of being impacted by addiction and recovery.
WHY: The Couples in Recovery workshop differs from other couples’ workshops because it explores three aspects of recovery: the relationship recovery; the partner’s recovery; and the ways in which the partner can support the recovery of the individual who is in recovery.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
- Couples in Recovery: Walking the Journey – Together is designed for any couple navigating the recovery process, regardless if this is new or ongoing.
- This workshop is not recommended for any couple working through active addiction.

WHAT: The Antidote’s assertiveness training addresses the unique challenges high-performing individuals face in business and how the effective use of assertiveness techniques is essential for advancement. Assertiveness training can help future leaders command respect while being respectful, and handle almost any situation without seeming domineering. *This training also can be applied to everyday, personal relationships.
HOW YOU WILL BENEFIT:
- Understand the foundations of assertiveness
- Distinguish between the (4) communication styles – passive, aggressive, passive/aggressive and assertive behaviors
